4th Sarkar Aap Ke Dwar at Parbuk a Huge Crowd puller

Roing, Oct 10: The 4th Sarkar Aap Ke Dwar camp held today at the Parbuk Lalung ground, Parbuk in Lower Dibang Valley district was a huge crowd puller with people of nearby villages coming in large numbers to avail the services provided at their doorsteps.
The camp was inaugurated by Head Gaon Burah of Parbuk, Popo Boko in the presence of Deputy Commissioner Mitali Namchoom(IAS), Gaon Burahs of the area, heads of departments and the public of the area.
The HGB, DC and Gaon Burahs visited all the stalls and distributed free LPG connection under PMUY to 19 beneficiaries, handed over job cards to 10 beneficiaries, gave blankets and registration cards to 5 registered Workers.
The District Administration and Circle Office, Parbuk issued 19 PRCs, 23 ST certificates,26 inner line permits and 1 identity card during the camp. 602 forms were sold by the Jan Suvidha branch of DC office.
The Food and Civil Supply department renewed 118 ration cards, 5 FPS licenses and 1 SKO retail license. The veterinary department registered 92 animal owners reporting for treatment of 1487 livestock, who were provided free medicine and 4 animals were given anti rabies vaccination.
36 Learner’s licenses were given by the transport department on the day. 93 birth certificates were prepared and issued and 25 new AADHAR enrolments and 9 updation was done by the Economics and Statistics department.
The Health Camp registered 326 people who benefited from health checkup, blood sugar test, malaria test, BMI test, human body toxic test etc and 320 people were given IEC awareness on National Health Programmes by the Health and Family welfare Department.
The Agriculture department distributed 2 winnowers under CM’s Agriculture- Mechanization Programme, 31 packets of Rabi seed under NMOOP, 55 packets of vegetable seeds and registered 265 farmers. The Horticulture department distributed 49 farmer’s ID numbers on the day.
The power department collected ₹ 12,947.00 as revenue from electricity bills paid by 47 customers. APEDA sold 255 LED bulbs and 13 fans to 69 beneficiaries. The Tax and Excise department renewed and issued 1 IMFL retail license and 1 trading license.
The Forest department distributed 45 free saplings to the public during the day. The Election branch of DA created awareness on EVMs and VVPATs machine to 183 people.
10 beneficiaries were provided with weaver’s identity cards by the Textile and Handicraft department. NIC, IT & C and DeGS generated 3 income certificates under Service plus and registered 2 people under DigiLocker.
Awareness was created on the CM’s flagship programmes and Government welfare schemes by all the departments of the district. The public of the place appreciated the SAKD programme and demanded for holding of more camps in the area, which was agreed upon by the Deputy Commissioner, who informed that a camp would be held at nearby Jia village on 24th October 2018.
