District Task Force on Immunization (DTFI) meeting

Roing, Oct 26: A District Task Force on Immunization (DTFI) meeting on review of Routine Immunisation & COVID-19 Vaccination was held under the Chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner K. N. Damo on 26/10/21 at the DC’s Conference Hall, Roing.

The DC appreciated the districts achievements in Routine Immunisation and Covid-19 Vaccination and expressed his worry over the rising COVID-19 positive cases. He also emphasised on the need to increase COVID 19 testing at the point of entry and also in all the Health Facilities and to create awareness.

DMO Dr. R. Tatan asked the Medical Officers to improve Immunisation and ANC Activities in the Health Facilities.

DRCHO Dr. R. Mena presented a PPT on RI & Covid-19 Vaccination.

Captain Dr S. Raghav of BRTF Roing, who has been transferred, was felicitated by the DC, DMO and DHS members for the services rendered in the district.
