Roing, Jan 22: A two days awareness cum counselling camp on mental health was organised at the District Hospital, Roing under MMRKK. The Awareness camp was attended by Assistant Commissioner Mamta Yadav(IAS), DMO Dr. T. Taki, consultant psychiatrists Dr. Pakha Tesia and Dr. Sonali Shinde Tesia.
Roing, Jan 22: A two days awareness cum counselling camp on mental health was organised at the District Hospital, Roing under MMRKK. The Awareness camp was attended by Assistant Commissioner Mamta Yadav(IAS), DMO Dr. T. Taki, consultant psychiatrists Dr. Pakha Tesia and Dr. Sonali Shinde Tesia.
A total of 82 people participated in the programme with 33 people taking one on one psychiatric consultation.
People seeked help for issues related to depression, anxiety, marital problems, de-addiction etc. Some children also took counselling for academic problems and ADHD.
