Central Reh Celebration 2019 : Empowered Women Empower Women

The 51st Reh 2019,  the three day local festival of the Idu Mishmis is being celebrated at Central Rehko, Cheta, Roing. The theme is “Women Empowered Women Empower” and the festival is being managed by the women this year. The festival was inaugurated by Ms Mamang Dai (Padma Shree & Sahitya Academy Awardee) and was accompanied by Ms Gumri Ringu, Spokesperson, AP Women Welfare Society (Guest of Honour) and by Ms Dipti Bengi, Ms Jarjum Ete and Ms Kani Nada Maling as Special Invitees. Traditional & Modern Dances and Fashion Show were displayed by children and women groups.
