Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited(BSNL), is a Govt of India enterprise and Roing is one of the sub division under Arunachal Pradesh Switching Service Area and the Sub-divisional Officer Telecom(SDOT) is the head of the department. The main activities of the department is to provide telecom services viz, Landline, Broadband (in both Copper and Optical Fiber), Leased Line(in both Copper and Optical Fiber) on wired line and Cellular mobile services like 2G & 3G on radio interface in the district. The 4G services in the district are under planning stage. The Aadhar related works such as new activation and modification has also started in the sub division. The consumer grievances/complaints are attended and rectify at the office of SDOT, Roing. Presently the sub division has 12 nos of 2G BTS tower and 9 nos of 3G BTS available in the district of Lower Dibang Valley.
